Airdrop Rewards 2 + 3... = BIG SMILES :)

Hey Splinterlandians!

Sorry I've been afk for a bit - I was "sick"... Maybe the 'rona, maybe just the flu that's going around... 🤷‍♂

Anyways I slept most of it off and it was pretty standard stuff... body aches, fever, chills - you know the fun stuff.

I spent a few days popping Aleve and sippin Lean like Lil Wayne

Ok, so it was just Dayquil... but anyway... The good news was twofold today... When I woke up, I felt great!

Then... I remembered... today was AIRDROP DAY!!!!!!

If you read some of my earlier stuff, you may recall my friend and I purchased 2400 packs:

I tried a few things over the final 10 days of the sale to buy/sell/increase a small amount of them so I could increase the # of packs I purchased to bump my AD #'s up... but still have 1200 packs left over.

Why?

I was really hoping to get at least *ONE GFL out of these as I missed on the GFL Blight... no biggie - really :P

Today, I was excited to check my airdrops and see what the Chaos Legion was going to bestow upon it's humble servant today...

BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!!!

Whoops... Wrong "Chaos Gods"... my bad... one moment...

Right-o... back to it - where was I? Oh yes! Checking the rewards! It's like Christmas!! BUT BETTER!!

So, what did I get? What are you waiting for!? Let's goooooo!

First up: Uriel The Purifier

I checked on Uriel first and while I didn't receive a GFL I did get 12 Uriels!

I combined 11 of them to create a L4 Uriel (which I rented out) and kept the other as a L1 to play with 😀

I was happy to get the Uriels but I longed for a GFL!

One final prayer to the Chaos Gods...

aaaaaaaand..... CA-CAWWWWWW MUDDAFAKKAS!!!

My boi Tzeentch came in CLUTCH with his Changer of Ways!!! He hooked me up with the coveted GFL I was hoping for AND piled ten more Baakjira on top of it!!

*Woooohoooooooooooooooooooooo!!

The sweetest part of it all - the GFL Baakjira pushed me over the edge for Gold League!! Now I just need a deck that can stand up in that league 😅
