Goals 2023 and Power up

First things first, i wish every one a blessed and healthy year 2023.

New goals

The hive year 2023 starts with the first power up, 11 more will follow. For 2023 I will set myself somewhat different goals than 2022.
I thought long and hard about whether I should set a goal at all, but I don't think I can do it without one.

Last year, the focus was on a direct HivePower goal. I want to get away from that, simply because it doesn't feel good. HivePower is important but it's not what drives me. Also, small accounts grow very slowly and that demotivates me.

That's why I set the following goals for 2023:

publish a post every month.

With this goal I want to put my endurance to the test. In addition, I achieve a certain consistency and force myself to write regularly. (Because that's the real goal...) Of course, the HPUD post doesn't count towards this goal.

get all Hive Power Up Day badges with min. 10 HIVE.

With this I want to commit to Hive as a project. I will do the Power Ups again without purchases.

I will look in the contributions to the HPUD if I am on course. It should be min. 24 contributions in the new year. Let's see if I can manage to stay on it that long.

HPUD und Hive Ziele 2023

Als erstes wünsche ich Euch allen ein gesegnetes und gesundes Jahr 2023.

Neue Ziele

Das Hive-Jahr 2023 beginnt mit dem ersten Power up, 11 weitere folgen. Für 2023 werde ich mir etwas andere Ziele setzten als 2022.
Ich habe mir lange überlegt, ob ich mir überhaupt ein Ziel setzen soll, aber ich denke ganz ohne wird es nicht gehen.

Im vergangenen Jahr stand ein direktes HivePower Ziel im Vordergrund. Davon möchte ich wegkommen, einfach weil sich das nicht gut anfühlt. HivePower ist wichtig aber sie ist nicht was mich antreibt. Zudem wachsen kleine Accounts auch nur sehr langsam und das demotiviert mich.

Deshalb setzte ich mir für das Jahr 2023 folgende Ziele:

Jeden Monat einen Beitrag veröffentlichen.

Mit diesem Ziel will ich meine Ausdauer auf die Probe stellen. Zudem erreiche ich so eine gewisse Konstanz und zwinge mich selbst regelmäßig zu schreiben. (Das ist nämlich das eigentliche Ziel...) Der Beitrag zum HPUD zählt natürlich nicht für dieses Ziel.

Damit will ich mich zu Hive als Projekt bekennen. Die Power Ups werde ich wieder ohne Zukäufe durchführen.

Ich werde jeweils in den Beiträgen zum HPUD schauen ob ich auf Kurs bin. Es sollten also min. 24 Beiträge werden im neuen Jahr. Mal schauen ob ich es hin bekomme so lang dran zu bleiben.

Da die Power Ups jetzt eines meiner Ziele sind, werden heute an Neujahr die obligaten 10 Hive aufgepowert.
