Reto "Me gano 10.000.000 de HIVE" | Challenge "I earn 10,000,000 of HIVE" [ESP | ENG]

En esta ocasión vengo a aportar un poco sobre esta hermosa iniciativa propuesta por @rutablockchain, me parece espectacular un buen punto de inspiración para muchos, ya que con este reto podremos ver de un punto de vista diferente a Hive. Para muchos esa cantidad se podría invertir solo en poder de votos, pero parto de la idea de que con un poco de organización se pueden lograr cosas extremadamente extraordinarias. Mi planteamiento o mejor dicho en mi proyecto, tengo planteado poder hacer la inversión del recurso en ayudar a los demás, y aportar a esta gran plataforma, el cual lo desglosé en 4 puntos fundamentales que iré explicando poco a poco.
Los 4 puntos son:
- 5% ayudar con delegación a nuevos usuarios = 500.000 Hive
- 20% en delegación = 2.000.000 Hive
- 20% en inversión de DAPP =2.000.000 Hive
- 55% poder de voto = 5.500.000 Hive

On this occasion I come to contribute a little about this beautiful initiative proposed by @rutablockchain, I think it is spectacular a good point of inspiration for many, since with this challenge we will be able to see from a different point of view than Hive. For many people that amount could be invested only in voting power, but I start from the idea that with a little organization you can achieve extremely extraordinary things. My approach, or rather in my project, I plan to make the investment of the resource in helping others, and contribute to this great platform, which I broke down into 4 key points that I will explain gradually.
The 4 points are:
- 5% help with delegation to new users = 500.000 Hive
- 20% in delegation = 2.000.000 Hive
- 20% in DAPP investment =2.000.000 Hive
- 55% voting power = 5.500.000 Hive

Una de las primeras acciones que tomaría seria invertir 500.000 Hive, en ayudar a nuevos usuarios, así como me ayudaron en mis inicios delegándome 30hp, ya que no podríamos pensar en una red descentralizada sin que en ello no exista la palabra apoyo, creo que es una de las opciones más importante que hay que tener en cuenta, la inversión en nuevos usuarios, es una de ella y darle esa mano amiga a esas personas que se adentran en este mundo tan maravilloso como lo es la blockchain.
La idea sería delegaciones mensuales de 100 hp hasta que ellos mismo logren tener sus propios recursos, eso nos daría el poder ayudar en un mes un máximo de 5.000 usuarios viendo los números y la cantidad de gente que podríamos ayudar a que crezca en la Hive y con eso a que más personas puedan hacer una inversión en esta red.

Me complace mucho este punto ya que hay usuarios que les encantaría poder ser curadores de contenidos, pero al no tener un poder de voto elevado se les frustra su sueño, el objetivo es hacer una inversión de 2.000.000 Hive, delegarlos a 4 usuarios como inicio, que tenga muy buena reputación y ellos sean curadores de contenidos y así puedan cumplir con su sueño, y que de lo obtenido en esa curación sea 50% para los curadores por su esfuerzo, y el otro 50% para nosotros, eso estaría como reserva para luego poder con esas ganancia ir aumentando las delegaciones y tener más persona curando contenido.
Sería un sueño poder ver a otros usuarios cumplir sus sueños y también sean valorados los esfuerzos, el punto aquí es que todos ganemos y nos sintamos satisfechos con los esfuerzos realizados, esto generaría una cantidad de recursos y es por eso que en los objetivos planteados hay que tener muy claro este punto, el cual debe ser cumplido a cabalidad, respetado las ganancias y no sean utilizado sino exclusivamente su fin.

En este punto creo que una de las cosas fundamentales es poder invertir 2.000.000 Hive, en lo nuestro, ya que tenemos infinidades de DAPP que nacen de Hive y hay que apoyar esos proyectos para que puedan seguir avanzando. Estos proyectos son iniciativas extremadamente buenas y esas personas que tienen el poder deberían a ayudar a que esas DAPP salgan adelante. Estas grandes iniciativas no deberían dejarse a un lado y buscar la manera de ser parte de esos proyectos apoyándolos.
Con las ganancias que se puedan generar se podrán apoyar a muchas más DAPP, incluso se pueden realizar concursos, y con las ganancias nosotros seamos patrocinadores del nacimiento de nuevos desarrollos de DAPP de Hive, me parecen sumamente importante las iniciativas que se están generando del lado de los programadores.

Y por último y no menos importante el resto que son 5.500.000 Hive, sería para aumentar el poder de voto de mi cuenta y así poder llegar a ser curador de contenidos, ya que he visto muchos artículos sumamente buenos, pero no son votados y eso me ha parecido muy mal de verdad, que la gente realiza un esfuerzo demasiado grande para crear contenidos y en varios casos no son valorados, creo que no solamente es votar los 2 o 3 días de creación de un contenido ya que también me gustaría darles seguimiento a post que al 6 día no tenga casi voto y sean buenos, yo con ese poder que tendría me gustaría ayudarlos, eso sería sumamente agradable y la gente vería que son valorados, incluso leídos días después de su publicación.
Claro para este punto tendría que crearme unos criterios mínimos y así poder ser justo con todos el mundo, lo que si me gustaría es que todos puedan gozar de mi voto y bueno es lógico que genere recursos financieros muy grande al ser una cuenta con esa cantidad de poder de votos y con las ganancias me encantaría mucho delegar un 20% a realización de concursos semanales donde se le pueda pagar en Hive, un 70% para reinvertir en otras cosas y un 10% me gustaría utilizarlo para cosas personales esto puede ser variable podría ser hasta menos el % que utilice para cosas personales.

En conclusión, el funcionamiento es importante para no desviarnos del objetivo crear unas reglas y estatutos, así poder crear una contabilidad justa que el objetivo principal siempre sea el ayudar a Hive y a los usuarios, es crear una conciencia colectiva descentralizada que vele por el beneficio de los demás usuarios y se pueda ayudar a cumplir los sueños, sonara muy utópico pero parto de la idea de que si haces feliz a los demás serás feliz tú y una de las cosas que más he amado de esta gran red social es la ayuda incondicional que existe.
