Mi Experiencia en el Exchange Binace [ESP/ENG]
Desde hace unos meses dentro de Hive busque la forma de aprender a trabajar con el Exchange Binance, debido a que es otra alternativa que podemos utilizar para poder hacer los cambios de la moneda Hive en otras criptomonedas o convertirlos en dólares. Con el paso del tiempo investigando y viendo algunos tutoriales pude entonces registrar mi cuenta y comenzar hacer mis primeros cambios de la moneda, el cual se recomienda realizarlo cuando estemos en temporada alcista, pero en esta oportunidad no se los recomiendo.
Binance es Exchange centralizado, en donde no podemos tener guardado ninguna criptomonedas porque si ellos deciden el cualquier momento retenerla porque se emita un decreto en nuestro país Venezuela, entonces lo mejor es mantenerlo en nuestro monedero de Hive que es descentralizado.
Ahora bien les voy a contar lo que me sucedió hace unos días, tomé la decisión de transferir algunos Hive líquidos que tenía en mi Wallet de Hive hacia el Exchange de Binance para hacer unas operaciones dentro, entonces hice las primera transferencias con montos bajos que fueron ejecutas con éxito, colocando mi dirección de depósito de Hive en Binance que es “deepcrypto8” y mi memo que es “101691344”, cuál fue mi sorpresa que la última transacción no le coloque el memo y los hive no llegaron a la billetera en Binance.
Cabe destacar que al darme cuenta del error, mi corazón de aceleró pensando que había perdido todos esa cantidad de Hive, pero al instante le informé a mi esposa @libethseijas y ella me tranquilizó un poco al decirme que en Binance existe una opción de soporte donde se puede hacer el reclamo de esta operación, cuando se refiere a transferencia de Hive sin el memo, el caso de las transferencia de HBD, no existe la opción para recuperarlo, lo cual debería de existir y devolverle el dinero a los usuarios que se equivocan al mandarlo al Exchange de Binance.
Buscamos entonces dentro de Binance la opción de soporte y comenzamos a llenar el formulario, pero una de las opciones que nos solicitaba era Hash o ID de la transacción, en ese momento le pregunte a tres usuarios @eddiespino, @rutablockchain y a victoria. El primero que me dio la información fue @eddiespino, que consiste en acceder a https:/hiveblocks.com, allí coloque el usuario y pude ver la información que me estaban solicitando en el formulario.
Posteriormente me costó un poco llenar el formulario hasta que coloque la cantidad de hive y ID de la transacción, la cual decía que debía esperar hasta siete días, luego de esto me toco esperar que me hicieran la devolución de mi Hive a mi Wallet de Hive.
Increíblemente en dos días me hicieron la devolución de los Hive a mi Wallet, quiero darle las gracias a @eddiespino por ayudarme a buscar unos de los datos faltantes en el formulario de Binance, también a @rutablockchain a victoria por responder mi mensaje en el grupo de telegram.
Para finalizar es importante que cuando estén realizando algunas transacciones hacia cualquier Exchange o a una cuenta en Hive, debemos estar concentrado y revisar bien antes de ejecutar la operación para evitar algún inconveniente y pierdan sus Hive o hbd.

Now I am going to tell you what happened to me a few days ago, I made the decision to transfer some liquid Hive that I had in my Hive Wallet to the Binance Exchange to make some operations inside, so I made the first transfers with low amounts that were you execute successfully, placing my Hive deposit address on Binance which is “deepcrypto8” and my memo which is “101691344”, what was my surprise that the last transaction did not place the memo and the hives did not reach the wallet on Binance .
It should be noted that when I realized the mistake, my heart raced thinking that I had lost all that amount of Hive, but I immediately informed my wife @libethseijas and she calmed me down a bit by telling me that there is a support option on Binance where You can make a claim for this operation, when it refers to a Hive transfer without the memo, in the case of HBD transfers, there is no option to recover it, which should exist and return the money to users who make mistakes by sending it to the Binance Exchange.
We then looked for the support option within Binance and began to fill out the form, but one of the options that was requested was Hash or transaction ID, at that time I asked three users @eddiespino, @rutablockchain and victoria. The first person who gave me the information was @eddiespino, which consisted of accessing https:/hiveblocks.com, placing the user there and I could see the information that they were requesting from me in the form.
Later it took me a while to fill out the form until I put the amount of hive and ID of the transaction, which said that I had to wait up to seven days, after this I had to wait for them to return my Hive to my Hive Wallet .
Incredibly, in two days they returned the Hive to my Wallet, I want to thank @eddiespino for helping me find some of the missing data in the Binance form, also to @rutablockchain a victoria for answering my message in the group of telegram.
Finally, it is important that when you are making some transactions to any Exchange or to a Hive account, we must be focused and check well before executing the operation to avoid any inconvenience and lose your Hive or hbd.
