First Quest With New Reward Cards And I Snagged One

So all day I was waiting for my quest time to approach wondering if I would be facing any new cards in my battles ruining all the strategies that I barely know.

I didn't see anything come up against me to test my wits but as a bronze player with only 1 loot chest after quests you know I was hoping for a new card.

Well I snagged the Pelacor Mercanary from the Earth Splinter. I hate Earth and never play unless I have a quest but honestly don't even know if and how I can use this guy. Seems like a high mana card so I wonder if I just sell the guy.

I've never sold a card before but I'm wondering about the $1.10 price you see pictured below. Could this be worth it or do I just hang onto it as tons flood the market? I'd love to know your thoughts in the comments.
