I was surprised that the person who is teaching me has been booking travel for 30 years. Bought a bunch of travel through travelocity and then realized we needed changes. They offer no customer support other than to tell you to call the airlines. We booked a rental car with the first flight as a bundle. So that car deal got lost. It took about 5 hours on the to correct the mistake. If we booked directly from airline all changes could have been made on the airline site.

This matters for business travel when we go project to project and extend trips all the time. This summer will be worse.
