Eid Mubarak
Yesterday was the Islamic celebration named EID MUBARAK
the celebration started with one-month fasting, which begins on April 1st to 30th which is later crown to a feast, yesterday been 2nd of MAY, the celebration took place it has been a while since I celebrate it, because of where I stay. Delta state is more Christian them Muslim so even when it reaches time to celebrate, it doesn’t make much effect there, but here in Abuja it makes me remember the old times, joining my Islamic brothers to celebrate, makes me remember the popular saying ONE NIGERIA either you are Christians or Muslim it doesn’t matter, what really matters is the love that we have within us, the love that surpasses religion, faith. The love that goes and sees a brother In need and makes sure that he does everything in his power to help the problem.
The feast started yesterday from the Mosque and then to the house, where foods are shared among brethren, the love yesterday was crazy, I want to say a big thanks to all my Muslim brothers, God bless you, one love one nation.
