Project Utopis is a multifaceted project that will focus on paying out dividends from several unique endpoints in the goal of ultimately boosting my hive power and focusing on coin and project growth. Dividends are scarce. We all know the time and money that it takes to build a project that delivers sustainable and regular dividends. Many have tried, most have failed. You need not look far on the web to find a slew of Projects that have been obliterated over the years by high mining difficulties and low payouts. The prices needed to keep these relevant have slowly become astronomical and ultimately unsustainable.

Roll in DeFi, Decentralized Finance has been the save-the-day plaster plopped on an open wound just aching to start bleeding again. Those that have made successes of themselves have now priced the little guy out of the market, making it difficult for anyone with the get rich fever but not much capital to make anything worth it.

Crypto is a gamble. We put money on something, and it always feels as if it is pure luck that the tokens we chose begin to rise and 10x from there. Whilst people say that cryptocurrency is a viable alternative to a savings account, and which it can be at times, you have to choose the correct tokens, or you could lose it all.

Utopis - New way to earn divs Utopis Rewards for delegation, have been ramped up and fixed more efficient and noticeable difference in terms of APR and rewards It'll follow the market. Bala is coming through with some cool updates for rewards payouts and how they are sent out.
This means you will get a way much better rate of return with this move

Utopis rewarded for delegating Hive comes purchased utopis from the market and will come from account @utopis.rewards which comes before the weekly Monday rewards.

This means that there is no inflation and purchased Utopis is not diluted or taken from the unsold stack I currently hold.

You can delegate any amount of Hive you please, also to make the bot not stress out as much please delegate a min of 1 hive.. if you so wish too.

The Utopis that you earn will also allow you to earn Hive and various Hive-engine tokens, there is no need to stake to earn these weekly rewards, there is however a 10% bonus on top of your regular rewards if you stake your Utopis there is a 4 week unstaking period.

I am currently earning a nice chunk of DD income which is fiat that I then turn around and buy Hive with it, this means that when Hive is higher then say last week you might get less of it on terms of Hive but rather the same amount in fiat. This project is meant for hive and it will continue to grow nice and steady..

Think about it.. Most project on hive relay on curation to pay its holders which is amazing.. I wanted to try something different and provide outside profits into Hive.

Which is why I continue to work and grind daily, with my market it's nice and busy especially during the holidays and raining season its profit season for sure.

I want to emphasize again that this project is still current constantly high APR and will constantly pay high Apr when profitable, Dividends and payouts can change on a weekly basis depending if I don’t do the $1000-$1200 or if my mining rig crashes or the difficulty of Ethereum goes up anything is possible it’s just like hi risks I rewards type of thing but don’t they have to worry about is if hive goes to zero that’s it other than that continue enjoying those dividend payouts every Monday.

This is of course only the start of what we can achieve. My first aim is to create an extremely bulky project with a competitive coin price that pays out outstanding dividends. The afterwards I will look into forwarding our direction from there. So, expect another roadmap in due course. For now, though, it’s going to be epic.

I have a couple of things going on in the background of the project one thing is we’re trying to get a bot set up to sell the curation rewards and adding them to the payout in Monday’s* (Due to some bot issues we had to rework it*. 💰 That should boost up the returns for you as well.
