Why is HIVE's liquidity falling in exchanges?

The interesting statistics of @penguinpablo for some time have underlined an interesting movement of HIVE out of exchanges, a generally very bullish signal because in general those who hold coins on exchanges are to sell them while those who transfer them to their wallet abroad it is to keep them.

Liquidity on exchanges is also falling aggressively and yesterday alone almost 4 million Hive were withdrawn from exchanges. A truly impressive number and the flow really doesn't seem to stop. In the month of August alone as many as 25 million HIVEs left the exchanges in liquidity has significantly reduced to around 110 million HIVE. At this rate, by the end of the year we could have problems of considerable shortage of the coins and the price would skyrocket!

But what are the possible reasons for this outflow?

In the last few weeks we have been seeing a high number of new accounts, about 10 thousand every day, for the majority they are accounts created by @steemmonsters from which I expect massive purchases of Hive to convert them into DEC and buy the cards on the market which has now reached a worth over 200 million dollars!

But the large influx of HIVE from exchanges is mainly due to the favorable conversion of HIVE to HBD (whose current value is around 1.2 $) and many accounts are moving hundreds of thousands of coins to convert them to HBD.

For example, you can see the result of my conversion that after 3.5 days returned me more HIVE than I had converted, on average between 20% and 30%, it depends on the average price in this period. The received HBDs are converted back to HIVE and the process continues cyclically. This allows HBD not to reduce its value which could actually increase over the next few weeks!

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Hive for $ 2-3 by Christmas. BUT the market is exciting because this conversion race could end today as well, with a massive sale of HBD which is currently unlikely as it would be counterproductive for any large HBD investor and holder.

In the meantime, the advice is to convert HIVE into HBD as long as the price of the stablecoin remains above the value of $ 1.05 and continue to accumulate HIVE as long as the favorable moment persists. Personally, a part of the HBDs received I continue to move it to HIVE Savings where I am sure to accumulate an interest of 10%, at least until I have reached the set annual goal of 1000 HBD, the road is still long but I begin to see a good opening of light. Thanks also to the rewards of my posts, I should reach my goal by Christmas! It would be a great gift from everyone who supports me :)

Thanks for reading my post See you later ;)
