800 POB in 24 days - Rewarding comments !
It has been 24 days since I started to power up all my rewards. I changed a lot of things in my self. From stopping the self-upvote, being active, creating valuable posts, participating in contests, reposting plagiarism, following more authors, joining more communities and tribes, till stopping the autoupvote as well. I don't know what else I should do to change for the best. Maybe it's enough. I'm already perfect. lol Kidding ! People should always learn and improve and follow the progress !
But why I'm sharing my progress every few days when I reach a certain power or earning ?
I just want to motivate people and to prove that everything is possible if they work hard. I just want to inspire those who didn't join here yet, to join and earn more. Not only rewards, but also followers, supporters, experience, education and many useful things they may find for themselves.
Will I even stop powering up ?
Of course. I may run out from food and had to withdraw a POB or two to buy some bread. lol Again kidding. I think any cryptocurrency is a great investment tool. Even if I may withdraw someday, I will use that only from the rewards earned from the content, but not power down. Powering down is like building a house for a long time and then selling it. I prefer to live it because I build it the way I like. ☺
Anyway, I would like to do something special anyway !
I would like to reward comments. The best comments in the platform ! I'm sure that mostly those who write thoughtful comments are worth to reward their posts as well. At least I never saw someone writing great comments and creating not interesting posts. Most of those commenters are really great content creators as well.
So, here is what I'm going to do :
Firstly, I would like to ask from the community and those who are reading this post to appreciate comments. Or to upvote them, or to share them in your posts when talking about something related to that comment. That could be as well an option to use #dcc tag, because the comments are a content as well. So, in case you are sharing comments, I will follow the tag and support those who share comments as well ( besides posts ).
The second thing I'll do as well, when I'll reach each milestone here, I'll share that and quote in the post, a few comments I liked with the authors. So, those who will see their comments, they may move to their accounts and reward their posts or just upvote the comment itself, so I'll leave the link of the post they commented to make them noticed and even to reward the author who they are commenting. That way, even other commenters of that content maybe supported as well.
By rewarding, I don't mean only upvoting, but also promoting those posts especially if they are not that supported.
For example :
I feel that the votes are overestimated especially in many communities that only make content to get paid, I think the community would be much more resilient if we try not to focus too much on the rewards but that's essentially what Hive aspires to be.

If it was up to me auto upvoting would be removed from Hive and any tribe all together. It does no one any good accept for the person auto upvoting. Everyone just turns on auto upvoting and what you get is a lot of inactive and a lot of not caring much anymore to post good quality content because the CRAP content is getting 100x more vote value than you.
A nice comment from @bitcoinflood about autoupvoting. I think if more people start to support comments as well, curators will always find what to support, and they may don't even need to autoupvote. So, no one will find it an excuse to save time. Maybe if someone is investing here, he/she already needs to find some time to curate. If we distribute them between posts and comments, we may even spend about 20 to 40 minutes a day doing it. Maybe even less. Don't you think the community worth that time to spend here every day ? I think that's worth it. In my opinion, it's better to give 10 to 12 full upvotes for a worthy content instead of giving tiny upvotes to 100 pieces of content.
I was just "attacked" by a trail of upvotes a few moments ago, received dozens of upvotes but I bet most of them did not watch the video I posted, they are there, most likely, just to farm the curation rewards.
Ha, that's a comment from @igormuba. It's kind of the opposite side of the coin. The guy even didn't like being attacked by upvotes. In the end, he understood that none of those consumed his content or even watched the video. I'm sure there are so many people here who like the feedback more than they like upvotes !
Now moving to another topic and that's about building a community :
Thanks for the encouraging words. I recently started a community and you're right it's not easy. The idea was rolling around in my head for a while waiting for the right time and then I was doing a 30 day journey called #3stepnoexcuses, and one day the challenge was to start something new, so at that point I decided to start my community "#teamfuturefaith" and building it has not been easy.
I continue to run into making choices between my personal growth and community growth as life keeps getting in the way and leaving me without the time that it requires. I had the time when I started the community then life happened and now I barely have time for me, not only business wise but personally as well.
Do you have any tips or advice for that?

I'll also take comments from other posts I liked, because I see so many commenters who are doing really well in this field. ☺
You haven't written in two weeks? That's amazingly awful especially if I was the one, I usually feel I am missing out on gists and small gossips around the blockchain lol. And even making this comment is a calculated risk I had to take, but I am hoping I could truly connect with someone at the end of it all, yeah I know it's a loud whisper, but I truly look forward to it😌
It's a comment from @zanoz. She commented this post : A Positive Post for the Oxymoronic!. I liked how she noticed that @battleaxe didn't post for two weeks. That shows that we have so connected people here who even may wait from an author to create a content. And if they don't see a content from that author, they even worry about him/her. So, @zanoz risked of course to be promoted here. lol I hope she'll like this gesture. She seems as well creating a nice content to read. ☺
I would also share this post Creating a Culture of Abundance on the blockchain.. It's really an awesome piece of content to read, and the comments there are really thoughtful. I like there as well the first picture that shows Russian money. Since I live in Russia and use mostly English here, it's nice to see some Russian in an English post. ☺
I would say about that, the world we are building here is awesome. Everyone could be rewarded, everyone could find what's he looking for. If you are looking for friends, you may find them here, the improvement is all the time, reading and consuming content it just awesome, creating and getting feedback as well. Crypto is really world changing. The culture we're building here is really powerful. If we do it the right way, it will be the best investment ever, spending time here and building our accounts and audience. We are so lucky and some don't even know about how lucky we are ! Thanks a lot @allcapsonezero for the inspiration.
That's what I meant by supporting others by creating a tag where authors share posts and comments they liked. It doesn't matter where you saw that content, on hive or any community or tribe or an application. It's always great to share. You may say that #dcc is a sharing tag to help content to be emphasized and curators to not waste much time to look for a great content to support !
I hope I'll be able to support as much content as I can. I hope the tag #dcc will go viral and the community @dcooperation grows !
