DC initiative - An upvote per content !
Prehistory :
I created @dcooperation exactly 3 years ago. In that time I was very active on the blockchain. Mostly trending, commenting and posting a lot and curating like crazy. I saw how the system was working. I tried to make the change. I'm glad I participated in some improvements. Some of my ideas was implemented and that's great. Even if I'm not mentioned there. It gives the feeling of satisfaction. And the universe is already rewarding me for that. Both my real and virtual life improved. But in this case even the virtual is real because we are all here talking to real people, we just use the virtual to improve our real even more !
So, @dcooperation was created to make people collaborate. I'm sure that collaborations are one of the most important part to build a strong community. A lot of things happened in both my lives. I the real one I had a child born and it was hard for my wife to care about him because it's a first child and she wasn't ready for that. So, I helped a lot and couldn't be that active building the community and I stoped almost everything. Even in the community itself we had some toxic people trying to ruin it. So, each member was contacted appart and told things to leave the community and stop supporting it. I was busy to keep defending it. I even stoped creating interviews and couldn't keep on the shows I was running to cross communities. I even deleted the server and powered down because the hard situation I was in. It was very tough for me to care about the baby and to keeping being a leader of a community. I almost lost my mind. So, I chose to care more about the real life. Even when my wife get better, she start working online and even now I have to stay with the baby when she is working. We both have to work to assure our good life and the future of our kid. We are living in Russia after all !
More time and power :
So, the time passed and my son is growing. He's now almost 4 years old and I can give him some toys to play, or play with him sometimes at the same time when I do something here. I'm also very motivated because the great delegation I had and that's almost 30k hive power. Just imagine that guys. It make me really happy and I can't not say thanks again and again to a great hive member and a friend @overkillcoin. He seems value a lot what I was doing because he witnesses all what I did for the community. It's great reward of a hard work. I knew inside that such people could exist. People who support others not for a profit, but because they see that others are trying, struggling and never giving up on what they build. I'm glad I chose to stay in hive and keep supporting the community. The only thing I had left is to share my experiece with everyone here writing posts about my feelings and ideas. Sometimes we have to observe more than we create. So, after the community destroyed, I spent a year observing. I learned a lot from that and I'm sharing now everything through my posts and comments. 4 years on a blockchain could change a person and make him much better if he/she wants really to improve. I changed !
Building the community again :
So, now I'm back after a long break being active. I will build again, I will fight again and build the community again. It's never too late to start over. I'm full of energy and enthusiasm. I'm a commuity driven person, just like hive is. As a loyal member of the community @iamjadeline told me once : ''I joined for the rewards and stayed for the community !''

What's DC :
I was thinking a lot about how to build it again and what to do with it. Now the account is autoupvoting more than 300 hivers. I added them about a year ago. I chose members of our community, delegators, great content creators and those who are promoting hive in twitter ! Those are all autoupvoted every single day and all the curation rewards are going to power up the account. I'm ready to add more people to that list and to upvote them with my own account as well. Since the delegation I have is on my account, so I will do mostly manual curation from my account. I don't want to follow any trail including @dcooperation because I want to choose the content I may support. That will build more healthy community I think !
The things I was doing before is asking our members to send me content and I was sharing it on the account and then autoupvoting them for a certain period of time. I will do the same, but add on that manual upvotes from my account as well. I will check all those who will post in the community and in case the content is good it will be rewarded. Especially those who will send some content to share on the account to earn something from it and power up all the rewards again ! Those who want to be upvoted on the regular bases should send at least once peace of content a month. I will remove from the list those who are already upvoted and add others instead. That's how I want to build the community. It's a collaboration from members and the community and it's a win win situation. Plus the most important is that content will be promoted in all social media. So, we will show people from outside hive how we are all connected here and how we are supported just by creating content.
I will not set strict rules and tell how much that upvote should be, but it depends on the content creator and what he/she posts. I will not support a low quality content for sure. That's not healthy for the blockchain. I think if a post is created, it should be bringign some value or at least the author should spend some time formating it, adding illustrations, borders between paragraphs at least. I don't know. It's clear when someone is creating a good post and someone who just share a picture or a video. Even the video should have a description. That will make others take the example and create a good content as well.
I may ask as well to create collaborations, for example ask members to send videos I may combine together and create a cool collaboration. Picutres from their countries and places they visited. Just opinions about topics. I mean any kind of content will be accepted.
About delegators I also thought a lot and I was thinking about rewarding them somehow, but I didn't come with an idea yet and I don't want to waste time thinking. Maybe when we will have more people in the community we will come up with a good idea to reward them. But, now you can delegate to me or @dcooperation only if you see value in what I will do. If you think that this will make people more excited about the blockchain to promote it outside to attract investors in the end.
The collaborations shouldn't only be made with hive members only. We can create them with other crypto communities. That will give a big attention to the blockchain. Imagine all of us looking for someone from an other crypto community to collaborate with. It will be only a win win situation, so the members of that community will see the content of our community and they may join hive that way. The more communities we will collaborate with, the more people will notice us and hive will go just to the moon. We will not even need a celebrity to talk about it, or to shill it. All regular people will talk about it and that what will create the mass adoption.
That's the value I see in @dcooperation. That's my pictured future of a community starting from a few people and turning to something very big. We all can do it. So, let's don't waste time and join this movement !

By the way, I will post in @dcooperation from a few tribs and all the tokens will be powered up there as well. So, our members will be supported now only in hive, but in a few other tribes ! So, in every tribes the tokens will be powered up and that should attract to our community more people. Just let me know where you want me to post the content and it will be posted there !
