Token tribalism

Besides the well established or trendy tribes like Proof of Brain and Leo Finance there is kind of competition between these communities for the same user base which is currently pretty small. I am referring to the active users that write posts, comments, cast upvotes, etc; those that made an account just for Splinterlands and focus on playing the game don't count in my opinion because if blockchain gaming falls out of fashion I don't think many of them will stick around for long.

Yes you can post in a lot of tribes simultaneously but that already has disadvantages and I'm sure there will be a trend to motivate people to create exclusive content focused on that community's topic. What I find funny is that people just flock to whatever tribe has the new hot tokenomics accompanied by some attractive price action, and when that gets a bit "last month" they move on to the next trendy tribe.

Nothing wrong with these migrations, but they leave the "non cool" tribes trying their best to promote their stuff even though their chance of becoming the center of attention is very slim. Of course not everybody want their tribe to be flooded with new people all of sudden, but I imagine most do want to have as many users as possible.

Until it will become obvious what tokens are true stinkers I just accumulate all the coins in the hope they will pump along with everything if this bull run really kicks in.
