THE ROLE

CoinMarketCap is seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our global reach. You will be integral in establishing partnerships with key Media Outlets and Publications around the world. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to dive right into the work without much direction, and use their own initiative to get the job done. While crypto experience is a plus, it's not a requirement, we are looking for individuals with previous track record as BD in the Media sector.

Responsibilities

• Help generate growth strategies for CoinMarketCap’s Media Division
• Building and maintaining relationships with key International Media Outlets
• Identify and contact prospective leads using both in-bound leads and outbound prospecting strategies, where necessary
• Record and maintain outreach records in CRM system and provide up-to-date contact information and notes for leads and contacts
• Develop and maintain relationships with crypto KOLs

Requirements

• 2+ years of business development or partnerships experience

• A strong, existing network of connections within the media space

• Fundamental understanding of crypto and blockchain

• Motivated, self-starter attitude that is able to adapt and thrive in ambiguity

• Hustler.
