Being a part of a community Reaps Rewards \o/ Secret santa has been :)

Investing in anything can be a lonely business, one lady friend once said "all you do is buy coins", My brother who fell on hard times , and i gave him a roof over his head resents every time i acquire something new as he just sees me spending the paltry rent money i get from him, one thing i do know is that the path i chose about 5 years ago when i was in a bad place both financially and emotionally was the absolute right Path. For anyone who's stacking or investing habits come under scrutiny i say this, Have conviction and strength of spirit to keep walking that same path and the friends and aquaintances you will meet on that journey will eclipse the ones you leave behind and those that you leave by the wayside will eventually catch up if they are meant to be there. It is the festive season and soon a new year will dawn, for me this time of year is one for reflection and also a time to look forward. That said we should never lose sight of the here and now. So i would like to pay tribute to a community that inspires, informs,supports and guides me on my journey and the collective of people that are of a like mind, #steemsilvergold its a place that has helped me find friends and a local coin guy @monsterjamgold \o/, its a place where collectively we have minted our own silver coins @raybrockman and through the secret santa efforts of @welshstacker we have shipped presents to each other from all around the world and its that i want to talk about now:)

I received a package \o/ from @ronaldoavelino and i managed to wait till Christmas morning before i opened it, the contents were special to me for several reasons, my present was sent all the way from Brazil, It also contained coins i had never seen before and even a date run \o/ and the fact that it was made possible by the @steemsilvergold community makes it extra special, A huge thanks goes to @ronaldoavelino for sending me these, i love them and will treasure them \o/
