Hi Friends,

Missed out on couple of last @ocd weekly contests due to an unexpected event, but happy to be back posting for the contests just before this week's contest closes.
Shadow Hunters community is something I have been hearing and looking into the blogs of some of my friends since quite a long time, but didn't have an opportunity to create a blog so far.
But, this @ocd contest has given me an opportunity to start a blog on Shadow Hunters community and I am happy for that.
Here are some of the pictures I captures using my Oppo F9 Pro mobile which has dual rear cameras with 16 mega pixel sensor and another camera with 2 mega pixel one and it's been satisfactory as for as the pictures captured using this Oppo F9 Pro mobile.

Picture 1: Shadow of a Motor Bike:

We all like Bikes and it's an asset we need for our daily activities whether traveling from one place to other or reach office or even just to buy house hold items and Bike is the most suitable mode of transport to travel within city limits as we see issues with parking if we go with a car. I personally like Bike riding and my 3 year old little one is even more fond of Bike than my car :) .

Picture 2: Shadow of Water tanks:

Here is a picture with shadows of couple of Water tanks from the top of our house and the tanks are adjacent to a room and hence, even the wall has caught a bit of shadow from the tanks.

Picture 3: Shadow of an yawning dog:

This seems to be a perfect picture for me for this contest as I feel this is the best I captured as for as the shadow is concerned ;) What do you say friends?
The dog was just crossing the road and it's a dog which always comes infront of the house when I try to put on a lock to the gate just before going to bed and I will be happy to offer it a roti(Indian bread prepared with jowar floor) or a chapati(again, Indian bread prepared from wheat floor)

Picture 4: Shadow of a tree:

Trees are common things when we go to village place or to a forest place, it's not the same when we are in city places, but fortunately, the place we live is full of trees on both sides of the roads as it's not so old layout and hence, trees are still small ones. I don't know exactly what is the name of this tree shown in above picture, but it's something with beautiful pink flowers.

Picture 5: Shadow of a coconut peeler:

Here is another good picture for this Shadow contest as we can see the shadow of a coconut peeler we use for peeling off the coconut we bring from our farm. I captured the full length of the coconut peeler to just show how it looks like, it's one of the useful instruments for farmers and even for household use.

Picture 6: Shadow of another tree:

Another shadow capture from another tree infront of our house and we can see the beautiful pink/purple flowers clearly in this picture.

Picture 7: Shadows from some small plants in pots:

We like to grow plants which are medicinal use and flower plants such as hibiscus, rose and jasmine and here I am showing couple of medicinal plants showing their shadows although I don't know what are their names in English :) .

Picture 8: Shadow of a bicycle:

I could capture this nice shadow of the bicycle of the son of my neighbor as he was passing by and this looks nice, right?

Picture 9: Reflection shadow of a window in a door:

I think this is bit off topic, but I just wanted to include this reflection shadow of a window in a fiber door.

Those were some of the images I captured for this contest and it's always a pleasure to participate in @ocd's contests and always appreciate their support and I would also like to say a BIG Hi to all the members of this wonderful community of Shadow Hunters and I hope to post more blogs about shadows in the future.
Thanking all the supporters and I hope each one of you are safe amid this rising second wave of Corona CoVid 19 which is spreading like anything here in India and request you to maintain distance and also wear mask without fail to keep ourselves protected as it seems there are no symptoms in this new type of Corona virus.

Thank you and Have a Wonderful Day :)
