Those are the requirements, Super Ed. They won't turn you down. But you know that to run the mission you can do it the first time if you have 1000 fans, and then you need an additional 100 each time you run the mission. I also know there is a bonus of 10% for keeping starpro but I don't know the exact requirements.
PS the scone and clotted cream and strawberry conserve was delicious;)
