Hola hivers lectores, es un placer volver a esta comunidad, @LeoFinance, hace días leí sobre un concurso sobre la mejor compra, por @rutablockchain sé que ya pasó la fecha de entrega pero yo no podía dejar de contar la historia de la compra de mi casa, quise compartir esta experiencia de vida aquí a pesar de no participar, así que espero que sea de su agrado y revivan este acontecimiento importante conmigo, me complace contar esta parte de mi vida que muy pocos conocen a fondo, así que estoy lista para hacer de ello una gran historia.
Mi esposo y yo vivíamos en casa de mis suegros, en busca de una casa en otra zona que fuese propia, pero teníamos muy poco presupuesto para ello, de hecho contábamos era con la posibilidad de obtener el préstamo de vivienda que a él le ofrecía su trabajo, total que las ganas de tener una casa propia se basaba más en ganas que en realidad. A dos años de casados, mi suegro nos comentó que en una Urbanización cómoda estaban vendiendo una casa, el precio era de un millón, les hablo del 2017. Ese precio era como unos 1.000$ ese monto estaba muy por debajo del precio que estaban valoradas las propiedades para ese entonces, pero esas casas a más de 4 años de fundadas tenían su cuento que ya más adelante les comento. Obviamente ese dinero no lo teníamos ni la mitad.

Aparte que por el tipo de urbanización muchos trabajadores deseaban obtener una mientras realizaban los trámites correspondientes.

En primera instancia me agradó la idea, por lo cómoda y segura que eran estas casas, no teníamos el dinero completo; conseguimos la mayor parte prestada con mi papá que para esos días habías vendido una propiedad y tenían el dinero, también mi suegro nos prestó otra parte y así completamos el dinero, la compra fue darle el dinero a la mujer y ella darnos el control del portón y las llaves de la casa, ése fue el negocio como tal, en seguida nos mudamos esa misma noche. Digo que ha sido la mejor compra porque la casa está valorada por encima de los 5.000 dólares. Ya que es un urbanismo seguro, con agua potable por pozo y electricidad, bastante cómoda, con tres cuartos, dos baños y cocina. Perfecta

Básicamente me sentía como una impostora aquí, no quería asomarme fuera porque era una extraña y también por la manera en que se dieron las cosas, poco después los vecinos se acercaron y nos apoyaron por ser ambos trabajadores de entidades públicas y por ser buenas personas, me incluí en los grupos sociales pero también recuerdo que le comenté eso a mi jefe mayor, el alcalde del municipio y me brindó su apoyo por si se llegase a presentar un inconveniente legal, ya luego se manejó algo en la empresa de mi esposo y se conocía del caso y las cosas siguieron bien.

Lo que los habitantes desearon en un principio se volvió realidad, se consolidaba la entrega formal y legal de las propiedades y entre esas estaba yo, llegaron las personalidades del registro a recibir los papeles correspondientes de asignación de llaves y otros, papeles que obviamente nosotros no teníamos, los tenía aquella mujer que nos vendió la casa, allí comenzaron mis nervios en pensar que no nos darían el título de propiedad, de hecho al momento de recibir los papeles a mi no me aceptaron la carpeta por no tener la documentación completa, el bendito documento de Entrega de llaves les juro que andábamos preocupados, pensando que la señora podía venir con esos documentos y hacer valer lo que en su momento le correspondía pero sí contábamos con el apoyo de los vecinos.

Mientras los habitantes seguían en eso de las documentaciones y sacando sus requisitos; nosotros estábamos en cero, recuerdo que estaba en mi trabajo cuando me llamaron que debía acercarme a mi casa para unas cosas, yo de verdad pensé fue que nos quitarían la vivienda, llegué nerviosa pero para mayor sorpresa, la entrega protocolaria de los títulos la iba a realizar el presidente del país en una video llamada y la gente organizadora del protocolo buscaba lo que ellos llaman una familia modelo con características de jóvenes trabajadores, con hijo pero con ícono de superación, no el patrón básico de varios hijos, de bajos recursos, que fueron identificados por esa condición especial, entonces bajo esos parámetros estábamos nosotros, ambos profesionales y trabajadores con un hijo, entonces fuimos escogidos para ese evento de asignación de título de la propiedad, cosa que omitió cualquier tipo de trámite riguroso para la entrega. Consigné los papeles que tenía y listo fuimos el centro de este evento y el Ministro de Hábitat y Vivienda a nivel Nacional nos entregó personalmente el documento, ¡nadie me quitaría mi casa! ese fue mi pensamiento.
De verdad que fue una locura hermosa haber hecho esa compra, yo diría que fue como de suerte y Dios jugó a nuestro favor, hoy me siento muy bien en mi casa, cada vez estoy más convencida que cuando el destino tiene planes para uno no hay nadie que los destruya, siempre haciendo las cosas con fe y sin hacer daño a nadie, allí obtendremos buenos resultados, a mi edad de 24 años y mi esposo de 25, obtuvimos lo que muchas familias desean un hogar propio
