I am in fully, I would just like to ask a few questions before starting.

I found out about the LBI 2 days ago when I was checking through the market caps on Leodex. So I asked about it on Leomarkettalk where I got some replies in which jfang003 was one of them, he said

It is a dividend token. Let's just say in the future you will be getting LEO back passively for doing nothing. Right now the holders of the token voted to postpone payments to build the fund. When it does pay out in the future, I believe it should be weekly and half of the LEO earned will go to power

My question is, if I want to keep sending leo, probably weekly or monthly, would I need to keep creting 320 characters, or do I even need to create characters before sending leo?
