The Belgian League resumes today with the final 4 weeks of the regular season and 3 Belgian Teams that are still active in Europe so there are plenty of matches left to have a go at starting with Zulte-Waregem vs Antwerp tonight as the first match of Week 31.

Zulte-Waregem vs Fc Antwerp

So Zulte-Waregem still plays to avoid relegation being 3 points down on Eupen with Oostende at equal points. They still play against Charleroi, Eupen & Cercle Brugge after today so it's not impossible for them to be the 1 team out of the 3 main candidates to still make it. They managed to pick up their form right after the winter break with Vormer playing a big role in it as the moment he got injured they went back to their old ways showing not enough overall quality. Today, Vormer is supposed to be back and it will remain to be seen how big of an effect this will have on the team. In their last match away against Standard they were at a deserved 2-0 loss at halftime and it was a small miracle for them to come back to 2-5. The week before they played a solid start at home against AA Gent but totally collapsed late in the 2nd half resulting in a 2-6 loss. Antwerp is in 3rd place without much danger of falling out of playoff1 so they can play without stress. In the final match before the break they missed Janssen and Alderweireld which mainly showed on the offensive end as they had a really hard time to actually create chances. Overall they have been putting up mature performances and they don't tend to give much away defensively. Today he's still questionable and is unlikely to play while Alderweireld is back. Both scenarios where Zulte-Waregem plays one of those surprisingly good matches for a relegation candidate late in the season or this turning into another match where they have no chance whatsoever against a team that clearly have more quality are possible for me. None of the odds or lines tempt me right now so I'm just staying away waiting to see how thingg actually play-out in-game. No Pre-Game Bets
