Splinterlands | Playing and accumulating DEC: It doesn't make sense to sell now, but to accumulate

Lately we are seeing a bleed in the DEC market, there are some reasons for that and it goes from big investors leaving the game (maybe due to the migration with Hive) or even simply the whales gave the first push down and the sardines are doing the rest.
Anyone who is an active player in Splinterlands knows very well that the DEC is very valuable for the economy of the game because with it we can do several things like:
- Buy packs;
- Buy cards in the domestic market;
- Buy portions, skins and orbs;
- Sell your cards and receive in DEC.
Since the full migration to Hive, only DEC and credits as in-game currency are accepted. STEEM is not part of the party and if you want to spend your STEEM to put in the game you must buy credits. With that, I already imagined that DEC could be more useful in the game and consequently its price could mean a positive factor in the market.
After the 1st of June (date of migration) as we can see in the graph, the DEC started to lose strength and its price reached around 0.00324 and followed its downward trend to date of 0.00233 according to #leodex.
As I said there are some factors that make your price bleed but the market acts naturally and in my opinion, I do not see this moment of selling but of buying and accumulating. Through the post I read by @costanza I do believe that it may be a good chance to get more DEC.
It was announced by the Splinterlands team that there will be a new expansion in the game where we can pre-purchase land that will be used to build facilities to obtain items and spells or something as I understand it.
The idea is initial and probably something will change until the realization of this new expansion but I know that the DEC will be the token that we can acquire these lands and I believe that a lot of people must have been stacking theirs for a long time, because this announcement is already 4 months.
With this expansion I hope that it can bring more players from outside to the Hive blockchain and the economy as a whole can only win. That is why with the DEC I am earning daily I will not sell anytime soon and when it is "cheap" maybe I will take advantage of this promotion to fill my bag.

Ultimamente estamos vendo um sangramento no mercado de DEC, existem algumas razões para isso e vai desde grandes investidores saindo do jogo (talvez pelo fato da migração com o Hive) ou até simplesmente as baleias deram o primeiro empurrão para baixo e as sardinhas estão fazendo o resto.
Quem é jogador ativo em Splinterlands sabe muito bem que o DEC é bastante valioso para a economia do jogo pois com ele podemos fazer várias coisas como:
- Comprar packs;
- Comprar cards no mercado interno;
- Comprar porções, skins e orbs;
- Vender seus cards e receber em DEC.
Desde a migração integral para o Hive, é somente aceito o DEC e créditos como moeda no jogo. STEEM não faz mas parte da festa e caso você queira gastar seus STEEM para colocar no jogo deve comprar créditos. Com isso já imaginava que DEC poderia ter mais uma utilidade no jogo e consequentemente o seu preço poderia significar um fator positivo no mercado.
Após o dia 1º de junho (data da migração) como pode mos ver no gráfico, o DEC começou a perder forças e seu preço chegou a cerca de 0.00324 e seguiu sua tendência de baixa até hoje no valor de 0.00233 segundo o #leodex.
Como eu disse existem alguns fatores que fazem o seu preço sangrar mas o mercado age de forma natural e na minha opinião, não vejo esse momento de venda mas sim de compra e acumulação. Através do post que li por @costanza acredito sim que pode ser uma boa chance de obter mais DEC.
Foi anunciado pela equipe Splinterlands que virá uma nova expansão no game onde poderemos comprar numa pré-venda terras que serão utilizadas para construir instalações para obtermos itens e feitiços ou algo assim pelo que entendi.
A ideia é inicial e provavelmente alguma coisa mude até a realização dessa nova expansão mas sei que o DEC será o token que poderemos adquirir essas terras e acredito que muita gente já deve está empilhando as suas há um bom tempo, pois esse anúncio já faz 4 meses.
Com essa expansão espero que possa trazer mais jogadores de fora para o Hive blockchain e a economia com um todo só tem a ganhar. Por isso que com os DEC que estou diariamente ganhando não venderei tão cedo e no momento em que ele se encontra "barato" talvez eu aproveite essa promoção para encher minha sacola.
