Knowing Your Worth

It's very important to know your worth as an individual. So many get played around for nothing much, simply because they don't know their worth. When you're aware of your self value, you start to conduct yourself in a different manner, and demand from people what you're worth.
When making negotiations with potential clients for how much your product or service is - it's paramount that you do a proper evaluation of yourself. So that you are sure of the real value of your product or service. Also it's important to know your value as a person. This will let you know what you deserve.
Even when it comes to relationships in your personal life - if you don't know your value in a relationship, you'll most likely be taken for granted. This is because you'll be taking unpleasant behaviors from people that you shouldn't be taking. Most people mistake having a high self esteem with pride.

Let's take for example - a musician who has recognized his/her skill in singing. Such a person is confident of what they're worth. You hardly see such people screaming and losing their minds in the presence of another bigger celebrity. This is because, in most cases they even feel better than those bigger celebrities mentally.
For that reason, in most cases they easily make friends with bigger celebrities and sooner than later their high self esteem pays off - because they know their worth. Contrary to someone else that is always looking needy and always seems to be ready to lick the boots of bigger celebrities. Most times the man who knows his/her worth becomes more successful than those who don't.
