Yes I think anyone can make it on a tribe like Leo but more thought has to go into the post I believe. This scares a lot of people away yet it shouldn't. If you are ever unsure of Leo's growth jut keep popping into discord and seeing the new users coming through. I do think it will pick up more and more and this place will boom at some point. Hive will as well so don't forget about Hive as there are so many other tribes to be connected to as well.
