Effort normally = reward and overtime that is the case on Hive. As you pointed out this takes time to bear fruit and in my case 1 week short of 3 years, but the rewards are ever so sweet if you just keep working away. I don't expect anything ever or take anything for granted and everything received is appreciated which is the only attitude to have. If every follows that principle they will see how compounding works over time.
