In one of my earlier posts, I mentioned that I habour the wish to make my upvotes worth 1 LEO each. To do that, I need to accumulate about 33K worth of LEO and power them up.

1 LEO is about USD 0.05, or about 0.14 Hive now.

This info in itself doesn't give us much clue about the trajectory of LEO's price. Even the info on the DEXes does not show more than a month's prices.

Fortunately, we can get the historical prices of Hive-Engine tokens from its API.

The following is a comparison of HIVE and LEO denominated in USD. As a new Hiver, I am surprised that LEO and HIVE were very close in price at some stage, i.e. July 2021, which is a year ago. Hive then shot up to approximately USD 3 at one stage.

Let's now look at LEO's trajectory denominated in HIVE below.

LEO seems to be in a pretty extended accumulation phase, assuming we use Hive as the base currency.

Can it get lower? If Hive appreciates against USD, would it further depress LEO prices? Against the USD, LEO doesn't seem to be waking up too. Too many questions...

In any case, I would be working slowly towards my goal of 33K LEO, and I will be watching this closely.

P/S: This is not financial advice, and please do your own due diligence before investing. I do not vouch for the accuracy of the figures. Please take it with a pinch of salt.

If you read this far... and if you are a like-minded Hiver who is on the path to learning more about Hive and crypto investing, and if you like to be tagged when I write such posts, I welcome you to leave a comment below and let me know. We can form an alliance to support each other's growth.
