Bigger upvotes for active people

This week I had a problem. A couple of times the voting power of the ctpsb account reached 100%. This means that there was not enough content to curate! This is bad for you and also for the project because we loose curation rewards that give value to the CTPSB token.
Rewarding active people
Today I went through all the members of the community and checked their posting activity. For all the people that were posting regularly these last weeks, I increased the voting percentage. This is my way to reward people who continue to create content even when Hive prices are lower and things are maybe a bit less exciting.
