More than 20'000 Hive Power owned by the CTPSB project
This week we have reached a milestone with the CTPSB project. The project owns now more than 20'000 Hive Power!
Since the project was born in October 2020, it has grown constantly. There were several components in this growth. First it's the purchase of CTPSB tokens. The money that has flown into the project thanks to token sales gave the first impulse. For quite some time however hardly any new tokens have been emitted. Therefore the project mainly grows organically thanks to curation and author rewards. Thanks to the delegations, the rate of growth is at around 71.5 % per year at the moment.
As of today, the @ctpsb account has 20'018 owned Hive Power and 32'670 Hive Power are delegated to the project. These are more than 52'000 Hive Power to support the authors of the CTP community!
Dividends and return for delegators
We have worked recently quite hard in bringing stability and value to the CTP token. More value to this token means that our delegators get also more return on their hive delegation! We have paid today a total of 2210 CTP tokens weekly dividends to the delegators of this project. This is a return of 11.5% which lies above the curation rate on hive that is around 10% at the moment. Because of higher CTP prices, the number of CTP tokens per Hive delegated is a bit lower this week but the value distributed is actually higher than before.
