Acquaintance with crypto ... seriously what would I miss without it?
Have been quite occupied with work lately for quite some weeks. Therefore, I couldn't quite follow what had been happening in the crypto world these days.
I have been following crypto progress as much as I can in the past five years ever since I met Steem back then.
I was, I have been and I am still totally fascinated by this brand new world. Five years since I met it. Fifteen years since Satoshi created it.
But it is still so brand new, so fresh, so provoking and so young, as compared to all those old, as old as decades or hundreds of years, things around us.
To my surprise, not many people around me understand this. Most of them probably heard of bitcoin or blockchain, but they don't get it, even the bright ones or frontier mindsets cannot grasp it. Some even laugh at it.
pixabayI don't want to be too cocky to overwhelm myself with crypto maximalism. So the experience during the past few weeks got me thinking:
what if all of these will eventually fade away and they are right all along?
Nothing happened with me not following crypto for quite some time. What if I just stop following it for good?
What will I miss?

I am not sure really. But I am no longer the guy I was before I met crypto. It has changed me, changed the way I look at the world, the way I think and the ideal world I aspire for.
What I will truly miss is ...
