Hi there again it is dadspardan with some news on the other speturm,

think that i need to start walking more and with a current app i use to track steps i think i need to do more of these to ensure
A) i become more fitter for my children
B) i have an app called Sweatcoin that awards crypto and these can be built up, and with many contests in the background there is a fair chance to make some extra money in this market
