This is why I keep harping in my articles about how important the fact is that Leo's devs have a two-year track record of delivering on their promises. If there's one thing I've learned running my own business, it's that you can't overpromise and underdeliver. Expectations need to be set correctly from the outset and then met or exceeded. That is how you build loyalty and trust; two things that can carry you through the times things don't go as well as planned.
