Out of curiosity, what is happening to the Vouchers being generated by these funds over the next month?

I think bonus packs are out for this. If I understand it correctly, any bonus packs will require vouchers and I can't see those being donated to grab the extra packs for the pool. I could be wrong but that's how I read it...
