The "hustle" is what you do while you're building your stacks. There's no substitute for hard work. It's certainly not a guarantee for success, but it does have it's own benefits in building the mental fortitude to do what needs to be done, when it needs doing.

I 100% agree with the "work smarter, not harder" comment. You know what they say, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Working hard isn't enough. You have to pay attention to the results you're getting and then change what you're doing if they're not moving you towards your goals.
