A "good" post is something that you can tell the author put some effort into. When posting myself, I know how long it takes to get images, and headers, and emphasis, and links, and other things to present your information in a way the reader can enjoy reading. It's not just a wall of text.
It also needs to be something you can tell the author composed themselves. If it's just spouting out facts and information I can find myself without putting your own personal spin on it, it will rarely get my vote.
