Yes, but that's one of the great things about HIVE: there is very little speculative money in it right now. No venture-capitalists, no pre-mines, no "hidden" whales. It pretty much is what it is and it just keeps getting better from the inside out.

It will explode upon the scene at some point. This first little run is just a taste IMO. The value will be there regardless of the speculation of the price. Realistically, this should be a $50 token in the next couple years just based on what we have now and what's coming shortly. There are no other blockchains that can do what it can do and have it all be completely decentralized like HIVE does. It's coming....
