My post in HIVE has 9.66 of rewards and in LEO 77.13. The dollar equivalents and the approximate I would receive would be 2 HBD in liquid for HIVE, plus 18 HP and 38 LEO. The total would be $18 in LEO plus $2 in liquid, equal to $20 to spend.

Siempre que alguien llega nuevo a HIVE se le dice que la clave del éxito además de comentar y hacer comunidad, es la constancia. Mantenerse publicando da frutos. Es la única forma que conozcan tu contenido. Hay que insistir si no te votan, más y más; que te vean hasta en la sopa.

Es común escuchar comentarios de personas que recién comienzan y al no recibir recompensas en tres publicaciones, reclaman, se quejan o se van. Este medio no funciona así; de hecho ninguna red social lo hace. En todas tienes que publicar muchísimo y dedicar miles de horas para alcanzar el éxito. En HIVE incluso es muchísimo más fácil. Somos una comunidad pequeña y tu contenido se verá más fácilmente, pero eso no quiere decir que en todos los casos, los votos vengan al primer momento.

Es verdad que el registro en HIVE a través del programa de adopción por @rutablockchain hace que los nuevos reciban un voto de @appreciator en su presentación y si aprovechan esta magnífica bienvenida, seguirán publicando calidad y esta ballena les seguirá votando. Algo que no existía en Steem y que se necesitó mucho.

Cuando yo llegué no era tan fácil. Aunque me fue bien al principio; vinieron tiempos de sequía, donde no recibía votos. Fueron meses, en los que tuve que aguantar sin desistir. Me reinventé y conseguí apoyo. No fue fácil pero nunca abandoné. Sabía que estaba en el mejor lugar.
