Hello and welcome to my blog, my name is Daniel popularly known as @daniky here on hive. Today is the 2nd of November and the day 1 and 2 of my entry to the 30 days blogging challenge an initiative of the #bloggingchallenge community. Sorry, this post was meant for yesterday but i couldn't make it up as i had a very busy day. So, i will be sending today's post later in the day. Kindly follow me as i proceed on the day 1 blog which state "Explain your blog name.

So today, I'll be shedding more light on my blog name "daniky".

I'm popularly known as "kaysider" by nick on social media platforms and my circular life, but as "daniky" on hive. The daniky is an abbreviation of the name Daniel Kayode. I utilized the username from the day one i got onboarded on hive by my cousin, @starstrings01. Reason i used "daniky" was because i needed a new nick to run my financial ecosystem on hive, #leofinance and other platforms running on the hive blockchain. Though there's tendency I might like modify my hive username to kaysider to avoid the confusion of being identified by another nick from my social media friends, families and colleagues. The more reason for this change is due to the fact that someone on twitter "a lady" is already using "daniky" has her username on twitter. I love uniformity but I'm now beginning to feel that i made the mistake of using a username different from my general nickname to register my hive account.
