As a realtor specialist in digital marketing of luxury homes, I have come across rare luxury in Lagos,Nigeria that could seem almost unbelievable.

These pricey homes are out of these world and can be relatively compared with the best of this world.

Everyday I see this building and I could recall when it was under construction.

This building is the tallest residential (completed) building presently in Lagos and Nigeria. Although another project is poised to displace it position. Until then we'll talk about this rare luxury tower.

4 Bourdilon

The name of thr building is simple and classy. It's situated on number 4 Bourdilon road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.
Ikoyi is the most expensive place in Nigeria where the most expensive estate is also located - Banana Island.

4 years was all that was required o deliver the building

Why so expensive

Ikoyi is perhaps the most expensive residential place in Nigeria. Land is scarce and it is home to luxury apartments. Ikoyi is a high profile area filled with High Net-worth Individual.

Rental values are high, housing values are high as well as cost of land.

The average price per square metre of land is N500K which is about $1,317.52 per square metre using central bank rate at N379.50 to $1 equivalent. Using the rate if N485 to $1 would push the price way high.

Cost

The prices starts from $1.5 per flat and the price increases per floor and the size of the apartments.

  • The 4 Bourdilon is a hallmark fro sophisticated Urban living.

The building looks better when you see it. It's an amazing structure. It is a place you'll like to own if you have the morning to enjoy luxury.
