First of all I would like to say "hey everyone here" With great joy, today I enter a new world, and with great enthusiasm I believe that everyone here can accept me as a friend, for me this is something new in my life, something that I had never thought about, but in fact today I have been in the midst of all of you.

WHO AM I..? Hi hive introduce my name is Denada, my friends usually call me Dea, My job is Midwife who is placed in one of the villages, I come from Indonesia to be exact in Aceh Province, My last education is D3 Academy of Midwifery and graduated in 2010, and after almost a year of inactivity, in 2011 I married my girlfriend and until now I have two children. At the end of 2011, precisely in December, the government recruited midwives to become civil servants, and was placed in the village, after conducting a series of final tests on In June 2012, I received good news. Among the hundreds of people who registered, I was one of those who successfully graduated and officially became a civil servant at the health department. And until now I have served the country for approximately 9 years.

Besides cooking, I also have a hobby of writing. All the stories that I live and pass every day I will write in my spare time, but it's just a hobby, my priority is work and family.

In carrying out my daily routine, I was placed in a village which is quite far from where I live, my task in that village which is the main priority is to ensure the condition of pregnant women, babies and other poor people so that they are always in good health.

A little history about the Indonesian government's program of placing one midwife in every village, especially in remote areas far from the reach of hospitals, is to prevent mortality in children and pregnant women.

Before the one village one midwife program was implemented, maternal and child mortality rates in Indonesia is classified as high, this is due to various reasons from villagers, such as transportation facilities that do not yet exist to go to the hospital, and there are still many residents who give birth using the services of a traditional birth attendant in their place, this is a challenge for us. midwives at the first time on duty and interacting directly with them, it is not easy to change the way of thinking of people in the village who on average do not take the education route, that is the task assigned by our government.

But over time with a heart-to-heart approach, and never tired of socializing from one door to another, they finally want to change their way of life in terms of health, and have started to trust medical personnel compared to traditional healers.

As a human being and also a mother to my two children, the covid 19 pandemic has become a very heavy burden for me personally, to be honest, when covid 19 began to spread last year, I felt anxious and nervous about it, in Indonesia. until the day 1.459 health workers died from the virus, but as one of the health workers, this is my duty and responsibility, and I have to throw away that fear and continue to practice humanity with all my heart.

MY GOAL IN HIVE

Actually, I have known about hive for a long time from my friend @aranda, who said if you have a hobby of writing about anything, try writing on @hive, And if the writing is good and useful for others then your writing will be appreciated, and one more thing the interesting thing is that you will get a lot of friends from all over the world, but because of the busy activities outside the city that he does my friend @aranda for now is not very active on hive, but his words are what motivates me, and that's what made me interesting and learning about @hive, for me hive is a big investment in the present and future, how we do good work, interesting and useful for others, and also get financial for what we do, I think in the future market activity using virtual money will be replaced by a digital system, and I will take advantage of this moment by joining hive and also with all of you who are here, someday I will show all of that to my children, and also everyone, 5 or 10 in the future, this is why I say this is a very good investment in the future.

Forming a New community on hive.

This may sound too fast in terms of forming a new community, but I'm not saying right now and with my skills that are still very new to hives, I can say it's impossible, but one day I have the desire to create a group that discusses about the health of "pregnant mothers and children", maybe for those of you who live in developed countries, it is not a serious problem but for people who live in underdeveloped countries and poor health sectors, it is still a serious problem. terrible for mothers, with the existence of this community, we may all be able to share knowledge and experiences to prevent mortality in pregnant women and malnutrition in children.

Here I'm not saying I can treat it, but at least we can prevent before things that are not wanted happen, and we can discuss the problem in the community, one thing that is definitely better to prevent than cure, I also don't expect must get a position in this community, anyone can be there, and have the ability in that field, my dream is how the community can attend and join other communities, and for sure a community that gets support from @ocd @apreciator, @curators @threespeak and others, namely all parties at @hive, without your support I think it will be difficult for a community to develop, that's one of my wishes and dreams right now, and I always pray that it can come true.
