Do you ever get the feeling that you're stuck in some version of Groundhog Day, and an infinite loop where things just keep repeating and repeating? The crypto bloodbath cycles this year seemed to be like that. It's a continual cycle that's repeating over and over and it doesn't seem like this Groundhog Day is going to break open.

This is what often happens when I wake up in the morning. It's the same thing that happened a few mornings ago. A big ship storm happens. Then things go sideways for a few days, then they slowly go back up, and then the same thing repeats again as a dumpster ship storm bloodbath takes place.

If you're focused on the markets, and have a lot riding on the bull market, this must be stressful. It must be like a horror movie, or at least a thriller keeping you on the edge of your seat, where you don't know where things are going or how they will conclude.

You hoped the good guy wins, and the bad guys caught. I guess this equates to the crypto market going up in a nice Bull Run. And if the Bull Run is over and were in a bear market with prices crashing, that's the equivalent of bad guy never being caught, or winning in the end.

If you think about it psychologically, when the market moves up its time for elation. This is a joyful state of affairs, where we kind of get high on the increase in value of the crypto we have. It's a good time. Everything is right with the world as we ride these positive feelings. In the ride up is always slow and steady taking a bit of time and feeding us that dopamine reward pleasure for a while.

But then when the market moves down all of a sudden. Hits us like a ton of bricks, like a wall of bricks being destroyed by a car crashing into it. All the steady momentum building up and up and up and making us happy all of a sudden comes crashing down in a surge of destruction that lasts only a few hours.

This week's kind of havoc on our emotions, which surely affects our physiological bodies. The degree to which differs among people, with some feeling it more than others. But it's there in subtle or greater degrees. How have you been faring these tumultuous times?
