Not sure why you reply that to me, since I was the one proving to you that I just don't downvote as you are mentioning. I first like to educate like you refer, and I also don't believe its like you say over the entire platform. You just got unlucky or there is fish under the boat.
Either way, did you got the message (from my comment) or you still need clarification about what you did as something that might not be very helpful for the community?
Mass tagging people is certainly not a good idea. Create decent posts, engage with the community, and grow from there.

Tagging a bunch of people who don't know you will get you downvoted and muted so that they don't see you again, the opposite of what you want. It is considered spam.
If you want to grow, you need to go out and comment (real comments, not just "nice post") on other people's posts that interest you. Join some communities. Follow other people. If you only post, no one will see you.
And make your own original posts. I see Traci said something about plagarising, which will for sure mean you don't succeed here.
