On Saturday the 13th of March we had our first AMA livestream dedicated to cubdefi and plenty was talked about giving those of us who are relatively new to DeFi a glimps under the hood.

You can catch the 2-hour stream here on YouTube - CyberBuzz Radio: LeoFinance AMA with @khaleelkazi and @nealmcspadden - DeFi, BSC, Hive & Beyond

One thing that caught my attention was that $CUB per Block would reduce constantly each coming week - on monday - until we only have 1CUB per Block.

Talking from a purely supply and demand point of view, this is fascinating and definitely something everybody involved in $CUB should be taking a keen interest in.

The lower the $CUB per Block is, the fewer CUBs there are liquid in the market considering that not too many people are dumping their tokens.

As far as I am concerned, the massive faith people have in the Leofinance team almost guarantees that will not be the case.

Analysing the $CUB/USD Chart

In the case of a very new project like CubDefi, doing technical analysis on a chart is just a waste of time. There isn't enough information to give you an idea of where the market is headed but what we do have is an idea of sentiment.

CUB per Block reduced from 3 to 2. So, how do people behave?

We can clearly see a sustained sell off of $CUB on Monday prior to and after the CUB per Block reduced culminating to a bigger sell off earlier today, Tuesday.

That was to be expected.

As soon as the rewards reduced and that surprisingly addictive counter started slowing down, some weak hands got nervous and decided they had made enough and pulled out probably ending their LP's as well.

Again, looking at the chart you can already see some green volume bars emerging licking up all that $CUB liquidity at sub $4 prices. The diamond hands are coming back in hard and you bet your furry Lion ass I was buying up some more too with a relatively smaller bag as I am just a small fish.

My thinking is quite simple. With the reduction of CUB per Block to 2 and soon to 1 next week, the less $CUB we will have in the market creating scarcity.

All we will need is increased demand to drive up the price which will be brought by the addition of the LeoBridge, Layered Farming and the token burns that continue to contribute to the scarcity all which can be found in the cubdefi roadmap.

So, while this is not financial advice, selling early is usually, most of the time, never a good idea.
