Im US-Senat wird derzeit ein neues Krypto-Gesetz besprochen, das algorithmische Stablecoins für zwei Jahre verbieten würde. Das berichtet Bloomberg. Betreffen würde das Verbot solche Stablecoins, die zur Erhaltung der Dollar-Parität auf eine Wechselwirkung mit einer anderen Krypto-Währung setzen.
Die Erschaffung und Herausgabe solcher Stablecoins wäre nach einem ersten Entwurf des Gesetzes illegal. Mit der Zweijahresfrist wolle man Regulatoren die nötige Zeit zur Einschätzung der algorithmischen Stablecoins im Hinblick auf ihre Funktionsweisen und Risiken geben.

Wie ist deine Meinung zu dieser Nachricht, sollte ich meine Hive Dollar Investition mit meinem @danielhuhservice Account vielleicht überdenken? Was könnte dies für den Hivekurs bedeuten? Würde dieser nach solch einem Gesetz steigen weil die Investoren von HBD in Hive flüchten?

A new crypto bill is currently being discussed in the U.S. Senate that would ban algorithmic stablecoins for two years. This is reported by Bloomberg. The ban would affect those stablecoins that rely on an interaction with another cryptocurrency to maintain dollar parity.
The creation and issuance of such stablecoins would be illegal under an initial draft of the bill. The two-year period, he said, is intended to give regulators the time they need to assess algorithmic stablecoins in terms of how they work and the risks they pose.

What is your opinion on this news, should I maybe reconsider my Hive Dollar investment with my @danielhuhservice account? What could this mean for the hive price? Would it go up after such a law because investors are fleeing HBD into Hive?
