Let's talk vision!

Be honest, where do you see yourself in a few years? What kind of discoveries have you made? What content does your life have to present right now? Overall, what are your achievements?

For someone without vision, these questions pose a threat. You instill fear in them and they immediately hide in their shells. But, for someone with vision, this is the opportunity to bare themselves to the world. Mind you, visionaries are not timid. They might be reserved, but once presented the chance, they cause nuclear explosions.

Visionaries operate in long term. They don't live in the past, they dwell on their future using their present as foundation. The past is good, no matter the wrecks, it reminds you of who you are and where you come from and also, where you are going to. But the future always matters most.

WHAT IS THE FUTURE?

The future is so much more than we can imagine. How do i know this? Look around you, what do you see? Crypto! Blockchain! Trading!

Ha! Now that's what I'm talking about. Crypto IS the future. If you don't see this, then what are you seeing? Definitely not crypto!

Now, I am very pumped up on what the constant rise of the crypto market means for me. We live and we die, isn't that right? But the living comes first and with it comes hope.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN? I mean, right now, I'm writing to get paid. Doing the thing I love most and making money out of it. Pftt! Who says only the entertainment industry pays? Clearly, they haven't scoured the net yet. For someone like me who's a total shell bomb, this is one way I'd prevail.

I PLAN TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THIS...

I plan on real development, enlargement and a total makeover. Just in case you forgot, this isn't just a get paid platform. It's an advancement platform as well. It's total school of wealth. And we need to make the most of it.

I am going to do that by:

  1. Reading as much as i can. Knowledge is important. To succeed is to gain knowledge.

  2. Being humble. As most of you know, I am still new here and i am open to suggestions, corrections and anything affiliated with my growth on this platform.

  3. Being active. This doesn't include just me but also every newbie that may also come across this article. Like someone said, persistence and consistence are the two major keys to breaking through.

  4. Staying guarded. Not as harsh as it sounds. I have read a lot of articles advicing the newbies and i do not want to be the victim of scam. This place might be safe but we can stay safer.

  5. Seeking help or advice. Oh ho! That's one thing I don't shy away from. You can ask @belemo. I ask a lot of questions. Too many infact that i sometimes feel sorry for him. But asking is subject to learning. If i don't seek clarity, i might end up making a costly mistake.

  6. Finally, i plan on helping others too. When we pull others along, we sing a victory song! Lol! Yes! The more we lend a hand, the stronger we'd be able to stand. I am not just going to be a taker, i will also give!

SUMMARY Well, that's my take on this post. For those wondering what my title means, it means, SHORT STEPS, LONG VISION. We don't rush. We know where we are going and we see it when others don't.

Right now, I have accomplished a few of my short term goals which are:

A. Get registered on hive B. Explore and join communities C. Publish my first post
D. Activity

Now, the new set goals are:
A. Meet new people and interact with them B. Gain a good following and this happens through constant activity i presume C. Invest my first ever pay out in the right thing... Hihihi. My mentor is there for that...

I do hope this was helpful not just to me. Writing is a perfect way to learn too, so me writing these down was really helpful.

I'd like to hear your goals as well... Short or long term...
