Working from home might not be for everyone but for many it is the ideal situation. The pandemic gave millions a chance to experience that work from home lifestyle and now they want more.

This might mean having to leave a job in order to get it and for millions of Americans this year that is exactly what they've been considering, as they look for something that better fits their needs and lifestyle.

One recent study found that about 3 in 4 employees want that freedom and ability to be able to work from home. And there are many benefits that working from home affords, it is easy to see why it is an appealing situation to millions.

Looking For More Job Opportunity, Money, and Flexibility

Now employers who are looking to have people come back into the office are going to have to compete with that, with the remote work positions that are available which are more appealing now to so many.

For some employees that are refusing to return to the work office it might even mean seeing a pay cut in response. Still, there is a great deal of support for this transition today with millions who prefer this style of working even though there are still many who enjoy going to the traditional work office or another work setting as well.

The pandemic gave people a new perspective and from workers to CEOs that meant taking a look at life and priorities and making some changes to find more balance. Because of that demand for remote work today there are a number of companies that have transitioned to this for the long term now and possibly more to come.

2 in 3 workers are thinking about quitting their jobs.

They want more pay, more flexibility, and better opportunities. Over 3 million Americans quit their jobs in June this year. Some states that are seeing the highest quitting rates are places like Alaska, Mississippi, Wyoming, and Kentucky.
