Thanks for the post. I followed OSMO launch closely and I can confirm some of your hypothesis (migrating OSMO to ATOM, specifically). Gravity DEX is really close, all the required governance proposals have passed and I expect it to go to the execution stage very fast.

Osmosis price followed the regular DeFi curve, in which early adopters have been very well rewarded, and then it crashes to a much lower support, where it stabilizes long term. The 7-14 days bonding feature may alleviate the downwards price slope, and I expect it to bottom between $2 and $2.5. At these price is still, in absolute terms, better than Cub, but Cub has other benefits. I didn't touch my Cub stake to enter Osmosis (please to tell Khal). And I don't plan to do so, balancing portfolios is a lesson I learned the hard way.

I'm not that excited abut Liquid Protocol, to be honest. I've been closely followed what Ankr did with their aETH bond, and it didn't convince me. I mean it's ok to "have your cake and eat it", but there are many factors at play. Who is going to provide liquidity for the bond? If it's not keeping the peg, it can go down the drain really fast.

The HackATOM Vietnam ended (didn't get much done, but followed closely the tutorials that I was interested in). I have a better idea about what it's required for a Hive / ATOM IBC DEX, and it's going to take significant resources. I wouldn't see it done without serious commitment, probably a work proposal with around 8.000 - 10.000 HBD will be enough for an MVP (that's a rough estimation of the cost, it can be more).

I'm more excited about other, seemingly unrelated projects, porting their infrastructure to Cosmos. I just learned the other day that LikeCoin, a thing which seemed dead in the forest, built a few years ago on Ethereum, just switched to Cosmos 2 years ago. It's still dormant, but things are happening there. These types of projects, lurking under the radar for years, have the highest potential, IMHO.
