Recently, my combi boiler broke down. Since I am a tenant, the landlord has to have this combi repaired under normal conditions, but I decided not to have it repaired, so I decided to make it myself or have it done in order not to be exposed to the thought and discourse of "you use it, you should have it done".

Since I understand a little electronics myself, I did some research on YouTube to find out what caused the problem. My boiler was giving a 6P1 malfunction, I learned that there were 3 reasons for this l need to fix the problem caused by airflow.

  • The chimney may be clogged. The prostate may be malfunctioning. -If the fan is not working, either the fan or the motherboard is faulty.

The working logic of the combi boiler works as follows in these three places. The main board runs the fan, when the fan runs, the prostate activates, if the prostate is working, it informs the motherboard that there is no problem in the air flow and ignites the gas 🔥 on the motherboard.

My problem was that the fan didn't turn on at all. If the fan doesn't turn on at all and you don't have a burnt-out cracked circuit on the card, I guessed that the problem was caused by the roller that turns the fan on and off, and this needed to be changed.

Since I didn't have much time, I disassembled the motherboard and took it to the repairman when I was sure that the other parts were working. I asked the mechanic to check whether the card was intact, it was possible that the problem was not with the motherboard, but as a result of all my examination, I came to the conclusion that the source of the problem was the rollers, I could have taken the part and repaired it myself, I did not want to waste too much time. I don't realize it most of the time and I waste my time.

The next day, I went to the repair shop and learned that the problem was caused by the rollers, as I guessed, if you get a malfunction with the 6P1 error code in the directory, I hope it will not come, if your fan does not activate, it is 95% due to the rollers, if my boiler fails in the next process, I hope I can fix it myself. Not counting the cost of time has been.

Fazla zamanım olmaması nedeniyle diğer parçaların çalıştığından emin olunca anakartı söküp tamirciye götürdüm.Tamirciden kartın sağlam olup olmadığını kontrol etmesini istedim,sorun anakartta olmama ihtimalide vardı ancak bütün incelemem neticesinde sorunun kaynağının rulelerden kaynaklandığı kanısına vardım kendim parçayı alıp tamir edebilirdim,fazla zaman kaybetmek istemedim benim için zaman kaybı bahabiçilemez bunun farkına çoğu zaman varmiyorum ve zamanımı boşuna harcıyorum.

Ertesi gün tamirciye gittim sorunun tahmin ettiğim gibi rulelerden kaynaklandığını öğrendim,dizinde başınıza 6P1 hata kodu ile bir arıza gelirse,umarım gelmez egerki faniniz devreye girmiyorsa %95 rulelerden kaynaklanıyordur,bundan sonraki süreçte kombim arizalanirsa umarım arizalanmaz kendim tamir edebilirim.Bu arızanın bana maliyeti 300₺ olmuştur zaman maliyetini saymıyorum.
