As always, things are taking longer than announced. Actually, the houses were announced for the end of January. But so far they have not come. This is also causing questions in the MLT Telegram chat.	Die Dinge brauchen wie immer länger als Angekündigt. Eigentlich sind die Häuser auf Ende Januar angekündigt worden. Aber bisher kamen sie nicht. Das sorgt auch für Fragen im MLT Telegram Chat.
Now Hendrik has answered the question why the houses are not yet ready to move in as promised. Here is the answer:	Jetzt hat Hendrik auf die Frage geantwortet, warum die Häuser noch nicht, wie versprochen, einzugsbereit sind. Hier ist die Antwort:

I admit it takes a long time already, but Hendrik is always there to explain this as well. And I agree with him, we have always talked before about houses that contain nothing. So what should they look like?	Ich gebe zu, es dauert schon sehr lange, aber Hendrik ist immer dabei, dies auch zu erklären. Und ich gebe ihm recht, wir haben vorher immer von Häusern gesprochen, die nichts beinhalten. Wie sollten diese also Aussehen?
On the Metaverse page, which can already be seen, you can already enter individual houses. But they are not really attractive without decoration. What would my little house look like without tables, chairs and plants? Rather boring. But it would still be my little house.	Auf der schon zu sehenden Metaverse Seite, kann man schon in einzelne Häuser eintreten. Aber so ohne Dekoration sind die nicht wirklich ansprechende. Was würde wohl mein Häuschen darstellen, ohne Tische, Stühle und Pflanzen? Eher langweilig. Allerdings wäre es trotzdem schon mein Häuschen.
The WDW team has probably decided to go a different way. Only when houses can be equipped will they be put on the market.	Das WDW Team hat sich wohl entscheiden, einen anderen Weg zu gehen. Erst wenn man Häuser ausstatten kann, sollen sie auf den Markt kommen.
What might that look like now?	Wie könnte das jetzt aussehen?
I think there is a good strategy behind it. The houses are supposed to be completely free. But somehow money has to come in. So right from the start it will be possible to equip them with NFTs. So the focus is more and more on a game in which you can somehow spend your money.	Ich denke, da ist schon eine gute Strategie dahinter. Die Häuser sollen ja völlig für umsonst sein. Irgendwie muss aber Geld reinkommen. Also wird von Beginn an die Möglichkeit sein, diese auch auszustatten mit NFTs. Es stellt sich also immer mehr ein Spiel in den Vordergrund, in dem man irgendwie auch sein Geld ausgeben kann.
We'll see if that's the right way to go. I, for one, will sleep on the floor before buying expensive NFTs. But everyone can do that as they wish.	Ob das der richtige Weg ist, wird sich rausstellen. Ich jedenfalls werde erstmal auf dem Boden schlafen, bevor ich teure NFTs kaufen werde. Aber das kann ja jeder machen wie er will.
In the end, the actual goal of MLT should still be in the foreground, namely to better connect the media world.	Am Ende sollte immer noch das eigentliche Ziel von MLT im Vordergrund stehen, nämlich die Medienwelt besser zu vernetzen.
