Hello Splinterlands community, greetings from @elcristiano, today like every week I will be participating in the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS WEEKLY CHALLENGE! sharing with you and social networks one of my battles with the **Reverse Speed** condition, therefore there will be a strong advantage for cards that have 1 attack speed.

Hola comunidad de Splinterlands, les saluda @elcristiano, hoy como todas las semanas estare participando en el RETO SEMANAL BATTLE MAGE SECRETS! compartiendo con ustedes y con las redes sociales una de mis batallas con la condición **Reverse Speed**, por lo tanto habrá una fuerte ventaja para las cartas que tengan 1 de velocidad de ataque.

Battles with the **Reverse Speed** condition are somewhat complicated for our mind since even knowing that cards with lower speed will attack first, habit will lead us to choose those that are faster. Cards with the Bloodlust ability will increase their statistics after eliminating a monster and this involves an increase in speed that due to the battle conditions it is strangely damaged. We chose a battle from the gold league and wild mode where the following conditions were presented: **Wands Out**, only monsters with magic attack can be used in battle. **Reverse Speed**, monsters with the lowest speed will attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks. **Fog of War**, monsters lose sneack, snipe and opportunity abilities The allowed elements are fire, earth, life, death, dragon and neutral. Maximum mana of 57 points.

Las batallas con la condición **Reverse Speed** resultan algo complicadas para nuestra mente ya que aun sabiendo que las cartas con velocidad inferior atacaran primero la costumbre nos llevará a elegir las que son mas rápidas. Las cartas con la habilidad Bloodlust aumentaran sus estadísticas luego de eliminar a un monstruo y esto involucra un aumento de velocidad que por las condiciones de batalla extrañamente esta se perjudica. Escogimos una batalla de la liga oro y modalidad salvaje donde se presentaron las siguientes condiciones: **Wands Out**, solo monstruos con ataque mágico se pueden usar en la batalla. **Reverse Speed**, los monstruos con la velocidad mas baja atacaran primero y tienen la mayor probabilidad de evadir ataques. **Fog of War**, los monstruos pierden las habilidaddes sneack, snipe y opportunity Los elementos permitidos son fuego, tierra, vida, muerte, dragón y neutros. Maná máximo de 57 puntos.

We will base our strategy with the tank **PRISMATIC ENERGY** level 5 which has a lot of health points (10) and the skills *Magic Reflect*, returning half of the magic damage received to the attacker (rounded up), and *Void* , reducing magic damage received by 50%. In my personal opinion this is perhaps one of the best cards in Splinterlands. Starting from the Earth element we will use **QUEEN MYCELIA** level 2 in the second row with the skills *Protec*, providing 2 armor to all allied units, and *Amplify*, increasing the damage of Magic Reflect, Return by 1 Fire and Thorns to all enemy units, making it a great complement to our tank. To reduce the enemy attack we will use **MUSHROOM SEER** level 6 with the skills *Silence*, reducing the enemies' magic attack by 1, and *Poison*, applying a 50% chance of poisoning the enemy after hitting it , dealing automatic damage at the start of each round after applying the poison.

Basaremos nuestra estratégia con el tanque **PRISMATIC ENERGY** nivel 5 que tiene bastante puntos de salud (10) y las habilidades *Magic Reflect*, devolviendo al atacante la mitad del daño mágico recibido (redondeado hacia arriba), y *Void*, reduciendo el daño mágico recibido en un 50%. En mi opinión personal esta es quizas una de las mejores cartas de Splinterlands. Partiendo del elemento Earth usaremos en la segunda fila a **QUEEN MYCELIA** nivel 2 con las habilidades *Protec*, aportando 2 de armadura a todas las unidades aliadas, y *Amplify*, incrementando en 1 el daño de Magic Reflect, Return Fire y Thorns a todas las unidades enemigas, convirtiendolo en un gran complemento para nuestro tanque. Para reducir el ataque enemigo usaremos a **MUSHROOM SEER** nivel 6 con las habilidades *Silence*, reduciendo el ataque mágico de los enemigos en 1, y *Poison*, aplicando un 50% de probabilidad de envenenar al enemigo luego de golpearlo, causando un daño automático al comienzo de cada ronda despues de aplicar el veneno.

For the attack we will have high mana cards. **RUNEMANCER FLORRE** level 1 with magic attack, ranged attack and plenty of health. **CHAOS DRAGON** level 2 with the skills *flying*, with a 25% chance to evade melee and ranged attacks from units that do not have the flying skill, *Scattershot*, magic and ranged attacks randomly hit the enemy unit, and *Blast*, dealing half damage (rounded up) to adjacent units of the target unit. Finally, we have **GOLD DRAGON** level 3 with the *flying* skills, with a 25% chance of evading melee and ranged attacks from units that do not have the flying skill, *Heal*, restoring a third of this unit's maximum health each round, and *Blast*, dealing half damage (rounded up) to adjacent units of the target unit. As you can see, we will have a very powerful attack but we cannot rely on it since the game has a lot of mana available and the enemy will try to use it to their advantage as well.

Para el ataque contaremos con cartas de alto maná. **RUNEMANCER FLORRE** nivel 1 con ataque mágico, ataque a distancia y bastante salud. **CHAOS DRAGON** nivel 2 con las habilidades *flying*, con un 25% de probabilidad de evadir ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia de unidades que no tengan la habiliad flying, *Scattershot*, los ataques mágicos y a distancia golpean aleatoriamente a la unidad enemiga, y *Blast*, causando la mitad del daño (redondeado hacia arriba) a las unidades adyacentes de la unidad objetivo. Por último, tenemos a **GOLD DRAGON** nivel 3 con las habilidades *flying*, con un 25% de probabilidad de evadir ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia de unidades que no tengan la habiliad flying, *Heal*, restaurando un tercio de la salud máxima de esta unidad en cada ronda, y *Blast*, causando la mitad del daño (redondeado hacia arriba) a las unidades adyacentes de la unidad objetivo. Como se puede ver contaremos con un ataque muy poderoso pero no nos podemos confiar ya que la partida tiene bastante maná disponible y el enemigo intentará usarlo igualmente a su favor.

Finally, as a summoner, we will place **DELWIN DRAGONSCALE**, which increases the magic attack of our allies by 1. As a curious fact, this is the only common summoner that exists so far.

Por último como invocador colocaremos a **DELWIN DRAGONSCALE** que aumenta en 1 el ataque mágico de nuestros aliados. Como dato curioso este es el único invocador común que existe hasta ahora.

Our adversary will use a similar strategy. His tank will be *PRISMATIC ENERGY* level 4 with the Magic Reflect ability and through the Death element he will use *CABALIST* level 1 to increase the reflected damage due to his Amplify ability, and *PHANTOM SOLDIER* level 3 with the Silence ability to reduce the magic attack by 1. For the attack, use *CHAOS DRAGON* level 2 with the Blast skill with the intention of creating a lot of damage in the second row, *MAGI SPHINX* level 3 and finally *USUT* level 1 with the **Bloodlust** skill. His summoner will also be *DELWIN DRAGONSCALE*. The first round is the longest and although the battle condition benefits the cards with the lowest speed, the intermediate speed cards were still chosen to take advantage of the high mana that can be used since it allows units with a lot of attack power and a lot of health. In the first half of the first round our card that reduces magic attack, *MUSHROOM SEER*, dies from the effect of the Blast ability.

Nuestro adversario utilizará una estrategia similar. Su tanque será *PRISMATIC ENERGY* nivel 4 con la habilidad Magic Reflect y por medio del elemento Death utilizará a *CABALIST* nivel 1 para incrementar el daño reflejado debido a su habilidad Amplify, y a *PHANTOM SOLDIER* nivel 3 con la habilidad Silence para reducir en 1 el ataque mágico. Para el ataque utiliza a *CHAOS DRAGON* nivel 2 con la habilidad Blast con la intención de crear mucho daño en la segunda fila, *MAGI SPHINX* nivel 3 y por último *USUT* nivel 1 con la habilidad **Bloodlust**. Su invocador será igualmente *DELWIN DRAGONSCALE*. El primer round es el mas largo y aunque la condición de batalla beneficia a las cartas de menor velocidad aun así se escogieron las de velocidad intermedia para aprovechar el alto maná que se puede usar ya que permite unidades con bastante poder de ataque y mucha salud. En la primera mitad del primer round nuestra carta que reduce el ataque mágico, *MUSHROOM SEER*, muere por el efecto de la habilidad Blast.

Continuing with the first round, we eliminate his tank and all the cards on the battlefield that attacked *PRISMATIC ENERGY* reduce his health due to the effect of Magic Reflect.

Continuando con el primer round, eliminamos su tanque y todas las cartas en el campo de batalla que atacaron a *PRISMATIC ENERGY* reducen su salud por el efecto de Magic Reflect.

In the second round an event occurs that perhaps seems contradictory. The opponent attacks with his USUT card and eliminates *PRISMATIC ENERGY* and therefore the **Blodlust** ability is activated, increasing all his statistics by +1 and of course the speed that was initially at 1 increases to 2. Due to the attacks with the Blast ability of my cards the opponent only has 1 unit left at the end of the second round.

En el segundo round ocurre un evento que quizas parece contradictorio. El contrincante ataca con su carta USUT y elimina a *PRISMATIC ENERGY* y por lo tanto se activa la habilidad **Blodlust** incrementando en +1 todas sus estadísticas y por su puesto la velocidad que estaba inicialmente en 1 aumenta a 2. Debido a los ataques con la habilidad Blast de mis cartas el oponente solo queda con 1 unidad al finalizar el segundo round.

Finally the game ends in the third round, the opponent with his *USUT* card again eliminates one of my cards, increasing his statistics and reaching 5 magic attack points, but it is not enough and he ends up losing the battle.

Finalmente la partida termina en el tercer round, el oponente con su carta *USUT* nuevamente elimina una de mis cartas aumentando sus estadísticas y alcanzando 5 puntos de ataque mágico, pero no es suficiente y termina perdiendo la batalla.
