My Holiday In Logarska dolina and Rinka waterfall

Logarska dolina is really beautiful! We will be enchanted by the very entrance to the valley, when we drive along a fairy-tale-winding road past meadows and the mighty Logar linden trees with a view of the steep walls of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

The 7 km long valley, which is protected as a landscape park due to its many natural sights, 'hides' one of the most beautiful and highest waterfalls in Slovenia - the Rinka waterfall.

Rinka Waterfall: In addition to the magnificent view and beautiful meadows, Rinka Waterfall is the main 'star' of the Logar Valley. It falls over a wide wall and with its 105 meters is the second highest waterfall in Slovenia.

In summer, many tourists and hikers come to admire it, and in winter, climbers climb the icy waterfall. It is located completely in the canopy of the valley. From the parking lot at the end of the asphalt road, it can be reached in approx. 15 minutes.

The water behind the waterfall soon disappears and flows again in the lower part of the valley at the source of the Črna. In the wall next to the waterfall is the Orlovo gnezdo snack bar
