The Story

Today's a bright Sunday morning, I was planning going on shopping with @arkpb and get ourselves a few things for our new home. So nice.

However, our funds were in an ERC20 token named $TOWN, as rewards for the 1st P2E season of Town Star, the first crypto village building game... So, down to business:

I've used Metamask swapping service (as it stands to find the best price rate among around 16 yield aggregator and DEX - I haven't checked this, I just did it this way for the comfort, big mistake!) to convett my $TOWN tokens for $ETH, like 2 hours ago! I went to a Starbucks to get some coffee and breakfast, I've walked the entire mall a few times, and yet my swap isn't ready.

I must state that if we (at crypto) plan to become the main channnel for economic transaction to succeed, definitely we need to be competitive in tps at least as quick as Visa/Mastercard and/or SWIFT transactions.

Now that $GALA has arrived to Hive Engine (in the form of $SWAP.GALA) I feel very confident that very soon there will be a much better method to withdraw my earnings from Gala Chain...

In the mean time, my whole Sunday plans have changed, as I cannot use my funds... yet.
