Having fun with dCity!

In the past I played dcity for some time but eventually I got overwhelmed as the game increased a lot in complexity with 3rd edition cards (combined buildings) and other mechanics.

In the past couple of weeks and after reviewing carefully @ecoinstant posts about dcity starter guides and became interested enough to giving it another chance.

Another thing that didn't like the first time is that I lost track of how much HIVE I invested in the game, and now was another change to keep things cool & clean.

This is what I did with 150 HIVE, I'm doing it right sir?

What would be the logical next steps? Keep raising popularity to increase the chances of farming more citizens? Increase the refund tax with nature zones (best building at this stage along with the farms so far though).
